Capital Improvement Planning

A Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) is developed and approved annually as a guide to near-term capital project development. Following is information related to the current year plan, past plans, and the process of developing the Plan.

Current CIP - FY 2011-2013

The current year CIP is provided, along with a map of main campus project locations.

CIP Process

A description and diagram of the process utilized to develop the CIP each year, beginning with the Capital Projects List and concluding with the Capital Development Plan.
