Comprehensive Campus Plan - 1988

Provides guidelines for the orderly physical growth of the University Planning Area. This long-range development plan (LRDP) is comprehensive in nature, addressing a wide range of campus physical development factors and concerns. It was superseded by the 2003 Comprehensive Campus Plan.

Arizona Health Sciences Center Plan

While consistent with the general provisions and guidelines of the University's Comprehensive Campus Plan, the AHSC Area Plan is based on a unified and distinct Health Sciences campus separate from the larger campus to the south, but physically connected via Cherry Street and a pedestrian/bicycle corridor along Warren Avenue.  Adopted in 1990.

University Village Area Plan

A campus sub-area or district plan, it amends this portion of the University's general, long-range Comprehensive Campus Plan. It provides additional detail and clarity in identifying interim and long-range development directions for a 47-acre central area of campus between Speedway Boulevard and Second Street and Mountain and Campbell Avenues. The plan proposes an infill development strategy to accommodate future small-group student housing and University academic needs. Adopted in 1992.

University Village Design Guidelines

South Campus Area Plan

A campus sub-area or district plan, it amends this portion of the University's general, long-range Comprehensive Campus Plan. It provides additional detail and clarity for University long-term development of the campus area south of Sixth Street. West of Mountain Avenue, the plan proposes that the area along Sixth Street be retained as a long-term academic/research reserve zone. East of Highland Avenue, the plan reserves area for expansion of the Student Recreation Center, sites for a parking structure and an ICA venue, and development of intramural field space.  Adopted in 1996.
