Project Design Guidelines
For some capital projects a unique set of design guidelines are prepared to help define the overall design character of the project. These guidelines are drawn on during the subsequent more detailed stages of design. Design guidelines often embodie the results of extensive planning work and public involvement in the early stages of a project. Further, they also may embody a committment to a particular level of design quality or set of features deemed important to the project.
